Peak Village (Devonshire Property Retail Ltd)

Nestled on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park, Peak Village is a dog-friendly shopping and leisure outlet that is owned by the Devonshire Property Group. They are keen to support local businesses and artisans through their seasonal markets and events and also to take up tenancies in their retail units. They have an ongoing programme of refurbishment, increasing the energy efficiency ratings of the units and so reducing their carbon footprint. Peak Village boasts a 4 acre nature reserve, which is managed in partnership with the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, with the aim of increasing biodiversity, providing engagement events and offering visitors and the local community opportunities to connect with nature throughout the seasons.
