The Welcome Team offer a full range of housekeeping services for holiday cottages owners, from turnarounds to full property management. They are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, but place equal value on being a both good employer and also minimising their impact on the environment. They provide their team with fair employment contracts, and offer practical support to their largely female team on issues such as childcare and menopause. Their environmental endeavours include 100% renewable mains electricity at HQ, a state of the art low carbon and low water use laundry, and they support a range of local businesses, for example providing clients a local produce hamper to welcome their guests.
